I'm sending this to you a little early from Italy. I have a booksigning in Rome. Just kidding (I'm in Chicago), but I am going to be "roaming" around in Italy. The Muse, Lull is taking the Muses and I to Italy where we will be getting revved up with art galleries, demonstrative hand gestures and cappuccinos for the summer and fall mega creativity workshop and class schedule offered to you from The Muse is In over the phone, in discussion groups and in person. There are lots of opportunity for you to feed your creative soul with some dynamic and playful structure, liberating pathways and effortless ingenuity.
You know that creative thing you’ve been putting off ? There are ways to make it easier to get to from nine different angles (and a Bodyguard). May Musings: Mega Amounts-of YES!
Welcome May,
Creative Tip: When we set a deadline for ourselves to complete a creative step (a small creative step) and then beat it by a few days or weeks.. our self-confidence-mercury rises and this fuels more creative action.
Dance:
Put on some danceable music and dance your name .. segue into a dance of play that moves into a dance of Audacity that moves into a dance of reverence for all that is going right in your life. Don't be too symmetrical.. enjoy the potential in moving asymmetrically.
Writing: Word Pools.. Add words.. combine them see where they take you in poetry, prose or a long run on sentence:
blurt, behind, electric, longing, machine, warning, road, bliss, bless, asymmetical, reeling, make-believe, unaltered, unfettered, understood, umbrella, twilight.
If what you wrote lends itself to a visual doodle... doodle with reckless abandonment.
AND/OR Keep going into poetry, story or prose starting with this sentence:
I only drive on days there are rainbows. ....
